Plagiarism Policy

Institutions of Islamic Law is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and does not tolerate plagiarism in any form.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer review process. Manuscripts containing evidence of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of academic misconduct will be rejected or, if already published, may be corrected, retracted, or removed in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and editorial policies.

Authors are expected to ensure that all sources are properly cited, quotations are accurately identified, and submitted work is entirely original.

The journal follows the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in handling allegations of plagiarism and other forms of publication misconduct.
