Institutions of Islamic Law provides immediate open access to all published articles, based on the principle that making research freely available supports the global exchange of knowledge and advances scholarly communication.

All articles are published online and are freely accessible without subscription or registration. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles in accordance with the journal's licensing policy.

The journal does not impose any access barriers and is committed to promoting the widest possible dissemination of high-quality research for the benefit of the global academic community.
